Helicopter Spins Uncontrollably into Palm Trees at Popular California Beach
An aircraft hovering near a well-attended coastal beach suddenly commenced twirling out of control, finally dropping height and crashing into a line of palm fronds as beachgoers observed.
Videos posted online capture the helicopter starting to spin over the beach then descending in the direction of the edge of the coast, where it gets stuck among palms and a set of stairs near the shoreline route.

The Huntington Beach fire department stated five individuals were rushed to the hospital comprising two who were in the chopper and were “extracted safely from the crash site” after the accident on that day.
