The two men, Rashid Gedel (25) and Samuel Dodsworth (43) have both been charged with murder and are set to face Leeds magistrates’ court on Monday morning, per investigating officers.

Watkins, 48, was serving a 29-year sentence at HMP Wakefield, plus an additional six years on license, after admitting a string of sex offences which included the attempted rape of a baby.

Watkins was arrested after the execution of a drugs warrant at his Pontypridd home on 21 September 2012, when a significant quantity of computers, mobile phones and data storage units were seized.
